Next Step Provision Hub welcomes referrals for young people who would benefit from a structured, supportive, and relationship-driven alternative provision. Our referral process is designed to ensure every placement is carefully considered, allowing us to provide the most appropriate level of support for each individual.

Our Referral Process

We follow a clear and straightforward referral process to ensure every young person receives the support they need.

1. Initial Consultation

We begin with an initial discussion to understand the young person's circumstances and support requirements.

2. Review of Student Needs

We carefully review the student's individual needs to determine the most appropriate provision.

3. Placement Agreement

Once suitability has been confirmed, a placement agreement is arranged.

4. Induction & Baseline Assessment

Every student completes an induction and baseline assessment to help us understand their starting point and plan the appropriate support.
